We're celebrating our 5th Anniversary "Let Your Hair Down" Charity Gala

There are over 5 million children, teens and adults affected by alopecia areata. Our event works hard to support every single one of those who deal with this disease every day of their lives. So join us for a very special evening!  The "Let Your Hair Down" Event was started in 2006 to raise funding for research directly through the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) but also, to bring families and individuals together for an evening of understanding, support and most importantly, fun! 

Joe Sernio - Film & T.V. Actor   

We are excited to announce the appearance of Mr. Joe Sernio, Award Nominated Actor currently starring in the Winner for 2010 Best Film, Best Drama, Best Suspense Thriller "Mourning on Charlotte Street" and "All My Children." Joe also played the lead role of George Allen Smith in the movie "Haunting Evidence" He has been written up in several papers including The Asbury Park Press, and Jersey Journal just to name a few, as well as interviewed on New York Rocks TV and The Vinny Vella Show. Artie Pasquale - Film, Stage & Television Actor

A warm welcome to Mr. Artie Pasquale whose current work includes producing and appearing in the award winning short “ Mourning On Charlotte Street” which is to be made into a feature film. Artie’s  background is impressive, having had a recurring role for four seasons in the HBO Series, “The Sopranos” as the character “ Burt Gervasi." Mr. Pasquale appeared in numerous films such as "Fractured," "Find Me Guilty," "The Gentleman," "Anything For You," "American Gangster," and  "A Sicilian Tale."  His television credits include "Law And Order," "Rescue Me," "Ugly Betty," and "30 Rock."  High-profile stage productions include "The Odd Couple, "Breaking Legs", "The Gong Show," and "A View From The Bridge."  Artie is currently in rehearsals for a new stage production of  "12 Angry Men"  Artie was a teacher and coach at both the high school and college levels for many years, and feels this expereience helped him in developing his acting skills.
